Clinical Supervisor – Multiple Locations!

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of at-risk youth? Youth Outreach Services is looking for a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to join our team! We have openings at our Melrose Park, Central, and Pilsen locations.

💰 Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 (based on experience)

📍 Locations:

  • Melrose Park: Melrose Park, IL 60160
  • Central Ave: Chicago, IL 60634
  • Pilsen: Chicago, IL 60608

🕒 Schedule:

  • Monday – Thursday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

What You’ll Do as a Clinical Supervisor:

  • Provide clinical supervision, ensuring quality service delivery.
  • Oversee program implementation, evaluation, and compliance with contracts.
  • Develop relationships within the community and secure referral sources.
  • Support staff in providing clinical supervision for individual, group, and family counseling.
  • Prepare reports and maintain documentation.

What You Need to Be a Clinical Supervisor:

  • Master’s degree in a related field (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT required)
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience working with at-risk adolescents
  • A valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (proof of insurance required)
