Clinical Supervisor – Multiple Locations!

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of at-risk youth? Youth Outreach Services is looking for a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to join our team! We have openings at our Melrose Park, Central, and Pilsen locations.

💰 Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 (based on experience)

📍 Locations:

Melrose Park: Melrose Park, IL 60160
Central Ave: Chicago, IL 60634
Pilsen: Chicago, IL 60608

🕒 Schedule:

Monday – Thursday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

What You’ll Do as a Clinical Supervisor:

Provide clinical supervision, ensuring quality service delivery.
Oversee program implementation, evaluation, and compliance with contracts.
Develop relationships within the community and secure referral sources.
Support staff in providing clinical supervision for individual, group, and family counseling.
Prepare reports and maintain documentation.

What You Need to Be a Clinical Supervisor:

Master’s degree in a related field (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT required)
At least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
At least 2 years of experience working with at-risk adolescents
A valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (proof of insurance required)
