Schedule: Monday-Thursday, Noon-8:00pm; Fridays 9:00am-5:00pm/Flexible

Position Overview:

Under the direction of the Program Director, the Clinical Supervisor provides supervision of staff, as well as implementation, evaluation and assistance in the development of programming. Writes reports and maintains contract compliances. Works within the community to develop relationships and secure referral sources. The goal of the program is to provide direct service to client, accomplished through individual, group and family counseling, outreach in the community and collaboration with referral sources

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a related field required
  • Must have LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experience working with at-risk adolescents in the related field is required
  • A valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation (proof of insurance is required)
